As an interactive and collaborative therapist with a primarily Cognitive–Behavioral approach, I work with adults, adolescents, couples and families, who want to increase personal satisfaction, find emotional balance and seek greater harmony in their relationships.

Many clients who come into my psychotherapy practice are struggling to manage stress at home or in the work environment.  Others have been suffering from stress related headaches, digestive disorders or other conditions and their physicians have recommended Biofeedback.  I will design an individually tailored program wherein I teach a variety of relaxation exercises that once learned, can be practiced in a couple of minutes throughout the day in order to maintain a sense of emotional equilibrium and calm. These techniques can be useful on their own or in conjunction with psychotherapy.

I am also a trained EMDR therapist.  People are often unaware that depressed or anxious feelings are embedded in traumatic “emotional memories” that get triggered by everyday experiences.  EMDR is used to eliminate unresolved traumatic stress, which may be sabotaging your relationships and sense of well-being.

I have been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice in West Los Angeles since 1998 as well as mind/body practitioner and Biofeedback clinician for over 25 years. Read more.
